Love the ethos of this company, sustainability is high on my agenda. The quality has been mentioned, they have a point to a certain degree, however the rolls do last much longer than standard supermarket brands.
I have been a customer for 6 months and intend to continue.
I also agree with the point made about the cringe marketing - not needed!

Great company! Really high quality products in beautiful packages that brighten up my uni bathroom, straightforward delivery and easy website to use. I think they work out ever so slightly more than toilet roll from supermarkets but a million percent worth it for the ethos of this company and where your money goes!

I love using a product that is sustainably produced. The company is ethical and supports developing communities too. It is easy to set up a regular subscription, and you get an email asking if you are ready for your next delivery, You can postpone it with one click of a button if you are not out of paper yet!

We never run out of TP thanks to Who Gives A Crap! Love everything about it!

I'm on my second box of 48 rolls. With the pandemic making me reluctant to go out, I've been looking for ways to get necessities delivered. The deliveries arrive in a reasonable amount of time and I'm in love with the bamboo rolls they offer. Soft, thick, durable and so soft (I know I said it twice). Plus the good they do for the environment is wholly worth supporting. I feel good and so does my bum!

I bought this with high hopes in my quest to be zero waste.
Unfortunately the product is thin and scratchy. It doesn't at all compete with premium toilet papers like it claims too.
Also, I can't place a review on their website. That seems very dishonest and sketchy to me.
Returning.

We find that the toilet paper is very thin and more has to be used than other brands. We will continue to support the cause though.

Excellent product and service. Delivery is swift and all packaging recyclable. Will be a constant in our home from now on but also so essential during a lockdown!

I LOVE Who Gives a Crap. Will be my source for TP from now on. I have gifted it 3x over the holidays too and people love it. So poetic for this crappy year. It would be GREAT if customers were allowed to include a brief note with their gift! Because people are like "Why am I getting this huge box of toilet paper?!??! I love it, but why???!!!!! : )" Perhaps to soothe those residual feelings of worry when we all thought that we were going to have to wipe with leaves? IDK. But anyway...awesome in all ways. Thanks!

Love it! Such a weight off my mind to not have to worry if we have enough loo rolls! Beautifully packaged and good for the environment- never going back to supermarket plastic pack!

Product is fine - however their should be an off button inane and trite comes. I guess we all like different things but for me saying like "we are in a relationship" is not 'cool', 'zany' or 'informal' way of saying your bog roll is posted its just tedious and after a few doses annoying
